Ploot vs Waalaxy

Waalaxy is the cheapest way to automate LinkedIn in Europe. Ploot doesn't automate sending: it builds the reason someone replies. They're two different answers to the same problem.

If you're here, it's usually for one of two reasons: sequences stop when you close the browser and the team bill has grown, or cold volume simply isn't working any more.

The first one is fixed by switching tools. The second isn't. Below is what each does, what it costs, and when each one wins.

What Waalaxy is

LinkedIn automation software on a subscription, running as a Chrome extension. You build the lists and the sequences; Waalaxy visits, invites and sends for you.

What it does

  • Invitation and message sequences on LinkedIn
  • List imports from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches
  • Email finder and email sending on the higher plans
  • Ready-made sequence templates
  • Runs as a Chrome extension, not in the cloud

What people like

  • It's cheap and you understand it in an afternoon
  • The prebuilt sequences take the fear out of starting
  • Very good value for what it automates

What frustrates people

  • Close the browser and the sequence stops
  • Email — the multichannel part — lives on the higher plans, and a team's bill climbs fast
  • LinkedIn's weekly invitation limit is set by LinkedIn, not the tool: more volume means more risk to the account

What Ploot is

A managed system for generating meetings. We don't hand you a dashboard so you can invite more people: we build your team's audience, detect who is in motion, and reach out only to those people.

What it does

  • Weekly LinkedIn content from your partners' and directors' own profiles
  • Buying-signal detection: open roles, visits to your site, new decision-makers, interactions with your content
  • Native multichannel campaigns — LinkedIn and email — from your team's profiles
  • Sync with your CRM, and meetings that land in your reps' calendars
  • Strategy, copywriting and campaign review done by us

What people like

  • You reach out to people who already raised their hand, so the conversation starts with context
  • Your partners' accounts work inside LinkedIn's limits, without forcing volume
  • Your team spends half an hour a week; we carry the rest

What frustrates people

  • It costs more than a licence, because it includes the work and not just the software
  • It isn't self-service: there's an activation with us before it runs
  • If nobody on your team will show up for half an hour a week, we're not a fit

What they cost

Waalaxy

A per-user subscription, from around €19/month on the entry plan. Email sending and the multichannel features sit on higher plans, so the real price depends on what you actually need and how many reps use it.

Ploot

Per programme, not per seat: the price depends on how many profiles are activated and which channels are worked, not on how many people log in. Strategy, content and campaigns are included.

Waalaxy prices are indicative, as of September 2026. Check their website before deciding.

Which to choose

They don't do the same job, so the useful question isn't which is better but which solves your problem this quarter.

If what bothers you is sequences stopping or email being missing, cloud tools fix that for little money. If what's happening is that people no longer reply, automating faster changes nothing: the ceiling is set by LinkedIn and the wear is paid by your market.

Stay with Waalaxy if…

You prospect yourself, your market is large and there are plenty of people left to write to, you want to control everything from a dashboard, or you need to start today on a small budget.

Come to Ploot if…

You sell high-ticket services into a bounded market you can't afford to burn, you care what volume does to your partners' profiles, and you'd rather have a few meetings with people who know you than many invitations to people who aren't expecting you.
