The starting point: everything hung on the company page
As in almost any technology company, Sngular's content came out of the corporate account. A company page reaches whoever already follows it, so reach was capped by a number that barely moves.
And there's something a brand account can't do: have a technical director explain how they solved a specific problem. That only works from a profile with a name and a face.
The goal was to move reach from the brand to the people, without asking them to become content creators.

What we did
- Strategy profile by profile: each person talks about what they know and to whoever cares, not about whatever is due on the brand calendar.
- The content comes out of what each person says in an interview or a voice note, in their own words. Nothing is published without their review.
- Sustained consistency: two to three posts a week per profile, month after month. That's what turns scattered reach into an audience.

“What changed is where the content comes from. It used to be the brand; now it's us talking about what we actually do, and that reaches people we weren't reaching before.”
