The starting point: everything hung on the company page
Catenon posted on LinkedIn from its company page, like almost everyone. A company page's reach depends on who already follows it, so the ceiling was set in advance: however well a post did, it reached the same people.
Meanwhile the sales team had profiles with years of real contacts inside them and weren't using them for anything. All the business knowledge sat in the heads of people who had no time to write it down.
And the goal wasn't visibility alone: they wanted that reach to turn into meetings, and to stop depending on a single account.

What we did
- We activated five team profiles, each with its own strategy: what they know, who they're talking to, and what sets them apart.
- We capture what each person knows through interviews and voice notes, and the content comes out of that. They review and approve: 30 minutes a week.
- Every post generates signals - who engages, who visits the profile, who comes back - and outreach happens on those signals, from their own profile and with their approval.

The numbers
Return on investment×7
| Before | After | ||
|---|---|---|---|
| Impressions generated | 165,990 | 697,678 | +320% |
| Likes | 1,559 | 7,514 | +382% |
| Comments | 171 | 1,019 | +496% |
| Followers | 4,953 | 7,379 | +49% |
Reach went up 4.2×, but the number that best explains the change isn't that one: comments went from 171 to 1,019, almost six times more. They grew faster than impressions, and that is what separates someone people read from someone people talk to.
Those 697,678 impressions come from five profiles, close to 140,000 each, on thirty minutes a week of their time. And the 2,426 new followers stay with the people, not with a page: if the company account goes quiet tomorrow, that audience is still there.
The return compares the value of the reach generated against what it cost to get it, at market rates.
“It used to be only the company posting, and the reach depended on how many people already followed that page. Now we write ourselves, each of us about our own field, and people reach out because of it. You notice it in the conversations we have: we no longer have to explain who we are, because they have read something of ours before writing.”
