Ploot

About us

The person behind Ploot

Ploot started from a specific frustration: selling a B2B service well and having no way to make it show on LinkedIn. Cold sequences for consultancies that were already good at their job, the list burnt out in three months, and a market giving off signals every day that nobody picked up.

The shift came while reviewing a campaign that had worked without us knowing why. The meetings it produced didn't come from the mass send: they came from people who, weeks earlier, had engaged with a post by one of the partners. The signal was already there. What was missing was a system that saw it in time and acted while it was still warm.

That's Ploot. Not another sending tool, but the system that turns a company's team into its own channel: it builds their LinkedIn audience, listens to their market's signals and reaches out only to people who have already raised their hand.

We work out of Valencia with Spanish B2B teams selling high-ticket services into a defined market, which is where burning the list actually hurts.

Marc runs strategy and the activation of every account. He defines the ideal customer profile with your team, writes the strategy for each profile and reviews the first campaigns side by side before the system starts running on its own.

The team

We're a small team going flat out: product, content and activation all happen here, among a handful of people who talk every day. We work out of Lanzadera, in Valencia, and we grow at the pace that lets us stay as involved in every account as we were in the first one.

How we work

01

Activation

We define who you want to reach, review the team profiles that will publish and build the strategy for each one. It is the part you cannot skip: without a concrete customer profile, the signals that arrive later cannot be prioritised and the system turns into noise.

02

Content every week

Each person on the team talks about what they know, usually in a two-minute voice note, and the post comes out of that in their own way of speaking. They review and approve. It is thirty minutes a week per profile, and it is the only time the system asks of your people.

03

Signals and outreach

While the audience grows, the system watches who is moving: job changes, comments with intent, visits to your site, openings that give away a project. Those people get written to with the context of what they did, over LinkedIn and email, from the profile of whoever on your team fits them best.

Frequently asked questions

Both, and that is the honest answer. There is a product that detects signals, scores leads and runs the campaigns, and there is a team that sets the strategy, writes and reviews. Selling only the software would leave you the hard part; selling only the service would charge you hours for something a machine does better.

In Valencia, and we work with teams across Spain. Data is processed in Europe and under GDPR, which is no small detail when what is being handled is contacts from your market.

Mostly high-ticket B2B companies with long cycles: recruitment consultancies, technology consultancies and B2B software. The pattern that repeats is not the sector but the way of selling: few deals, large ones, in a narrow market where you cannot write to everyone twice.

We schedule the posts, but nothing goes out without the person approving it. It is their name and their reputation: a system that publishes on its own from a partner profile is a risk, not a convenience.

The audience stays where it is, because it lives in your team profiles and not in an account of ours. That is the difference with advertising: when you stop paying, bought reach disappears and built reach does not.
